Women Empowerment

CESFA conducted a Financial Empowerment Workshop aimed at equipping women with the knowledge, confidence, and practical skills required to start and grow their own businesses. The workshop focused on financial literacy, entrepreneurship, budgeting, savings, and access to funding opportunities. Through interactive sessions, expert guidance, case studies, and mentorship, participants gained valuable insights into business planning and financial independence. The initiative also encouraged leadership, networking, and peer learning, creating a supportive platform for women to share experiences and aspirations.
